As a TA specialist you will be responsible for our European recruitment activities.  The role is fundamental to the continued growth and success of our organisation.  You must be comfortable working with different departments and stakeholders.  Your objective is to build a strong pipeline of candidates to meet out our hiring needs.

Core Responsibilities:

• Working with hiring managers to identify people and skills needs
• Building and updating recruitment processes to ensure they remain fit-for-purpose
• Agreeing selection criteria
• Sourcing candidates using internal tools and external networks
• Carrying out pre-Interview Assessments
• Planning and attending interview and assessment days
• Ensuring our ATS is always up to date
• Implementing SLAs to ensure we offer the best service to all stakeholders
• Delivering a first class service to all applicants
• Developing and maintaining our career website to ensure it remains relevant
• Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and best practice  

Requirements, Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Knowledge of sourcing for candidates using various tools
• Familiar with social media advertising
• Familiar with working with ATSs
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting using relevant techniques and evaluation methods
• The ability and experience to run campaigns to attract high quality applicants
• Strong organisational skills
• Comfortable with taking the lead and owning key tasks
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent written English and communication skills are essential.
• The ability to speak German or other European languages would be an advantage.
